To book an appointment, simply visit our website at www.MODAmedspa.com, navigate to the “BOOK HERE” or “BOOK NOW” tab, and follow the steps as prompted.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. We kindly request that you provide at least 48-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Last-minute cancellations pose a challenge for us as they leave gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill promptly.
Cancellations made with less than 48-hour notice is subjected to a cancellation fee of $150.00, which will be charged to the credit card on file or required to be paid before booking a future appointment.
NO-SHOW POLICY
A “no-show” is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without any prior notification.
Patients who fail to show up for their appointments without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows inconvenience both our staff and other clients who could have utilized the appointment time.
A no-show fee of $150.00 will be charged to the credit card on file or required to be paid before booking a future appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to accommodate other scheduled appointments.
Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may be required to reschedule due to insufficient treatment time, and a $150.00 late cancellation fee will be applied. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any client who has demonstrated disregard for our cancellation policy.
